sony six to telecast fifa 2014 world cup live

With the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (Fifa) World Cup starting Thursday, football fans will be taking a long, hard look at their cable TV and direct-to-home (DTH) subscriptions to see if the channel Sony Six is available as part of their package. For others, who may not be able to park themselves in front of a TV set the entire time, the good old smartphone may come in handy.

Multi Screen Media Pvt. Ltd, which runs the Sony Six sports channel, has the official India rights (TV, radio, mobile and Internet) for the 2014 Fifa World Cup. Sony LIV Sports, the latest sports broadcast property, is a cross-platform service which will stream the action live, in tandem with the Sony Six channel on TV. Football fans can buy the World Cup 2014 pass to watch live streaming of all matches or just follow their favourite team. The service is available on iOS, Android, and the personal computer (PC).
